How do I cancel my subscription?: Subscriptions purchased on iOS or Android are managed in your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). For details, see the in-app purchase billing guide.
Where do I find my SDK publishable key?: Sign in to the dashboard, open the project, and look for Settings → API keys. The publishable key is safe to ship in client bundles. The matching SDK guides live under docs.capreolus.app/sdks.
An integration is showing 'error' status — what now?: First reconnect the integration from the dashboard — most credential expiries are fixed by re-authorising. If the error persists, see the troubleshooting steps under docs.capreolus.app/integrations or email [email protected] with the integration ID and approximate timestamp.
How do I delete my account?: Step-by-step instructions are on the data deletion page. You can do it in-app under Settings → Account, or by emailing [email protected].
Where is my data hosted?: Customer data is hosted in West Europe (Azure) by default. We use Cloudflare for global content delivery and Sentry (US) for crash reports with IP addresses scrubbed. See the privacy policy for the full sub-processor list.
Do you have an SLA?: Capreolus is in beta — we operate on a best-effort basis with target 99.9% uptime, but we do not yet offer a contractual SLA with credits. We will publish a formal SLA when we move to general availability.
How do I report a security issue?: Please email [email protected] with reproduction steps. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and never pursue legal action against good-faith researchers.
Can I self-host Capreolus?: Self-hosting is not currently offered. The mobile and web clients are open-source friendly, but the agent inference layer and managed integrations require our hosted backend. Reach out via [email protected] if you have an enterprise self-hosting need.
